VIRTUE-HEART-CENTEREDNESS
TO BUILD GREATER human goodness WITH DAILY VIRTUE POWER AND HEART CENTEREDNESS LIVING
For over 30 years Mary has been pioneering positive psychology led by virtues and heart centeredness in all her programs and public speaking for body, mind and spiritual well being.
For thousands of years living by virtues removes ALL mind, body, soul and spirit dis-eases, addictions and depressions bringing daily fulfillment, JOY and inner peace.
Virtues build positive emotions, moral excellence advancing human greatness everywhere. They cost no money only mindful daily usage.
Christ’s “Beatitudes” (Sermon on the Mount – Bible) gave humanity a powerful blueprint for “heart-centered living”. Buddha’s “compassion” also gave humanity a lighted path to find heaven on earth!
